ICRO Enterprise Inc, is a North Carolina DBE Small Business providing landscaping, seeding and other construction related services in North Carolina.
The DGS PD, Office of Small Business and DBE Services (OSDS) is the State’s certifying agency that administers the Small Business and DBE Certification Programs.
The Department of General Services (DGS) Procurement Division (PD) sets state procurement policies and provides purchasing services. It delegates purchasing authority; certifies small and/ do business with the state; sponsors the Small Business Council; participates in the Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Council; and provides innovative purchasing methods that save taxpayers’ dollars, integrating quality solutions to meet customers’ needs.
DBE/WBE ELIGIBLE CONTRACTOR
- State-certified DBEs are eligible for the state’s DBE Participation Program. The program sets the goal to use DBEs in at least three percent of the state’s overall annual contract dollars.
- State agencies may use a streamlined process known as the “DBE/WBE Option” by contracting directly with a North Carolina certified DBE business for goods, services, information technology and public works projects. The solicitation must be valued at more than $5,000, and the State agency must obtain price quotes from at least two North Carolina certified DBE businesses.
