Ebony OH is the Principal and Chief Visionary of ICRO Enterprise, Inc, an award winning, full service Highway Construction Contractor and consulting firm specializing in diversity certification support services, supplier growth planning, program development and government contracting.

Since 2019, Ebony OH has been responsible for the successful procurement of $2.4 million in construction contracts from public and private sectors, local and state government.

Ebony OH Consulting is certified as a Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) with the Small Business Administration (SBA); Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (SBE) with the NC Department of Transportation (DOT); Minority-Owned Business Enterprise (MBE); and a Small Professional Services Firm (SPSF) with the NCDOT.

ICRO Enterprise was recently recognized as the first ever dual minority contractor to win the Ferry Operator Contract in Bladen County, NC with NCDOT.
